This one-of-a-kind retreat is the brainchild of event designers Andrea VandeBerg and Sarah Sarbacker, co-owners of Madison, Wisconsin-based Cherry Blossom Events. They set out to offer respite for creatives following the busy summer wedding season as well as creative inspiration and small business tips to entrepreneurs of all kinds. Building on the success and rave reviews of their inaugural 2015 event, Camp Wed has become a much anticipated event. In 2017, they added Amy Johnson, owner/creative director/filmmaker of One Fine Day Productions to make this a very dynamic trio.
Ask any camper there, and you’re sure to hear they went above and beyond in creating an awe-inspiring environment where peers could learn, connect, grow, and unwind. Campers left with a pep in their step and a renewed sense of purpose of what the futures held for their businesses and budding new friendships.
Together, these three superwomen produce two other luxury wedding events in their home state of Wisconsin. They are viewed as industry leaders and recognized for their shared passion for this industry.
